Tours are held between mid October thru mid January, on Friday mornings at 8:30 AM-9:30 AM.  No Appointment Necessary, so no need to call the front desk. The first Friday of the month is street cleaning, so we suggest public transportation because parking is difficult on those days. Tours meet in the Grattan Courtyard in front of the office.
